This is a large restaurant that's somewhat old fashioned and reminds me of an old dance hall.
This restaurant is also a stopping place for many of the Korean tour buses. So parking can be a pain in the ass.
The service can be very slow because the times I've been here there's only one older waitress.
Food is consistent here but portions are smaller than other Korean restaurants I've been too.
Prices are average based upon location and the type of food being served.
This is good food in Seaside but it can take sometime receiving your order. Patience is needed if you decide to try this place out. -

I was the only one there early on a weekday morning. Food is pretty good, and the portions were plenty for this bachelor, maybe the nice lady hooked up the portions just for me. :) I took a large order of kimbap home and enjoyed it very much. It's a little pricey, but I think the proximity to the ocean may have something to do with that. This place could definitely use a makeover, but I'll still be back.

The food here is overpriced and portions are small. I would not return back to this restaurant. There aren't many Korean options in Monterey, so you don't have much choice but I don't recommend coming here for the service. The prices are quite steep for this area, and the amount of meat they give is very sparse. A bento box for dinner is $18+ which is ridiculous for Seaside. I would overlook the small portions, if the food was good but it was very mediocre.
The waitress was also rude and dismissive. She barely spoke to us and never asked if we wanted any water. After we asked for a refill of one of the ban chan, she just grabbed it and came back without speaking a word. Besides handing us our menus, food, and check there was little interaction despite a near empty restaurant. When we needed take -out boxes at the end of our meal. No one was to be found, we had to walk into the kitchen to ask for boxes. -

The food is very expensive, and not much of choices. I ordered the seafood Tofu soup, the price is as high as my favorite Tofu house in San Jose, but it only has 2 mussels, several pieces of chopped squid, and the rest are veggies and tofu. And it's so light, I didn't taste anything. The seafood pancake is crispy, which is good, but still, only green onions and squid, no shrimps or fish. And it's 12.99. The complementary sides are small and low quality, no glass noodles and soft Tofu. It's a place I will not come back.

This is my go to Korean restaurant in the area. Don't be afraid to go here, you will not regret it. The insides is a bit out dated but clean. There is a a big area with long tables that Korean tourist on their tour bus arrive here for lunch and dinner at times. If they are eating the food you know then it is good. Their spicy tofu seafood is one of my gold standards. It is spicy not to be mistaken with it coming sizzling clay bowl as hot. They of course have soft tofu but since it is seafood they do not just cover the whole soup in tofu which other restaurants do. They have about 2 -3 mussels, 2-3 shrimp, clams and squid so that seafood broth makes the broth it oh so yummy. The soup comes with the side dishes and rice.
The bento box is a big portion, note they do not come with the side dishes. The ladies that run the place are always nice and smiling.
